BACK2BRAIN

Back2brain doesn’t do so many things. We belive in doing good only few things, only those we do best. In this vision our actual production is mainly focused on the creation of game design and art, where Giangiacomo Borghese is the game designer and Ranieri Panchetti the art director. The programming area is led by Gabriel Brokenstone and Jean Luc Lafontaine, they develope the core of back2brain code using Java, C#, Objective-C. Miriam Svarowsky covers all the web technical area, she developes the online part of back2brain using the latest in technolgies and solutions.

Why i-Phone?
Game design is a form of art and our common passion. From several years it has become our work also. One of the main duties in this field of work is the need of being constantly updated about what is socially relevant, with a focus on the many forms of art and communication, entertainment and new technologies. Everything can be inspiring and everywhere we can find ideas and the key for a new way of having fun.

The i-Phone, that immediately became the new standard for the innovative functionalities that put the individual in the centre of a world made by social contacts and relations, just represents a virgin space to colonize for those involved in this business area. Movement sensors, microphone, multi-touch interface and the less conventional control system, more simple and less usual but friendly at the same time, the one so loved by the N-generation, offer so many creative possibilities for the development of games with original and unconventional mechanics with the qualitative standards of the portable console world like PsP and Nds, at a fraction of the cost and with a substantially shortened development time, also thanks to the absence of a physical support.

In 135 grams you can have applications and games with only one limit: your imagination.
